[...] I log my workouts with very general information on Google Calendars. This way I have a quick easy access to see what I’ve been up to for the month. I used to do this on a paper calendar, but I like that I can share my workouts/plans with friends and family if they are interested. I’ve embed the calendar into the blog on another page here (also the link is on my right sidebar: Workout Calendar). Usually I will put in what my goals are for the day without a set time, marked for “all day”. Once I’ve changed the time, I’ve actually completed the workout. [...]
