Upper/Abs Lift

I did my workout at home. I used 5lb weights, did 3×12 and some extra reps on certain parts. Felt good.

2.5 Easy

I planned to run 3 or 4 miles, but I ended up with 2.5 miles. I was pretty thirsty and I didn’t eat lunch beforehand. So, I attribute my lack of preparation to the reason for my less than end target. Anyway, I’m still glad I got out there!

How inspiring was the NYC Marathon?! I can’t wait to run it! Hopefully I’ll get in next year!

Simple run. It was chilly. My knees hurt a little afterward while we were standing around talking. By the time I got home, they were fine. I didn’t ice them this time. As I run further though, I’ll be whipping out the cold frozen corn!

Feels good to be back…

I kind of put off working out the past few days. I have a lot of running ahead of me! I have a lot of things to keep me busy lately, so I’m mentally wiped out. I took over 1000+ photos on my trip. I have narrowed them down to 400+ but I have to get them down to even fewer. Then it’ll be time to edit! I can’t wait to see the finished photos! :)

7 Mile Long Run

I’m going away tomorrow morning. So, I won’t be posting any workouts all week. This was my last jaunt before I take the week off and relax all the way across the country in a beautiful place. It was a rough run, because I didn’t lift this week and I didn’t feel strong. Other than that, it was good that I completed it.
