Taking a break (from Feb 15, 2009)

I’m on a hiatus from blogging my workouts. I’ll be using pen & paper to log my workouts for now. I want to concentrate on getting back to basics and feeling strong again. I feel like I’m caught in a whirlwind, like my photo.
