Went for a walk with Bambi to see if I’d feel better, then I lifted… then I walked with a friend for two hours. It was nice, but now I feel tired and my cold feels worse in my nose…

I really need to get out more and walk during my breaks. I tend to take a book and sit outside to read. I sit at a desk all day in a room with no windows… I need to start moving around more during the day which will make me feel less stiff when I go to workout in the evenings
