Weights

I attempted to do a lame workout at home. I lifted upper body, but only did half of what I should have for lower body. I ended up stretching out pretty well. I need to make more time for yoga, if anything, in my workout schedule.

I’m sick of running. I’m okay with just doing it on the weekends for the next few weeks. Hopefully my running fire will return!

I think you’re allowed to slack off from running (just a little bit mind you) *after* the half. ;-)

Can’t I slack off before the Half and then put all that stored up energy into the race? LOL I’m trying to get motivated… these shortened days are awful!

I wished it worked that way. Imagine all of the time you’d save, leaving you to tend to more important things… like running…

Nevermind.

On the bright side, you can check-out the Christmas light displays this time of year on foot–if you’re into that kinda thing. Keep in mind that it’s better to pay attention to car lights on the road rather than lights strung across homes.
