Track work
K-dot picked me up and we hit the track to change our weekend runs. I would like to work on speed and shorter runs than long distance. This will help me gain muscle, remove the fat and keep me running… and enjoying it.
Jogged 1/2 mile…
400M = 1:57
200M = 0:50
100M = 0:19.3
100M = 0:17.5
Hopefully my times will get faster each week!
Then we did like 300 stairs, up & down throughout the bleachers. It was fun!
